I was kind of leery when I was given the opportunity to test and review the Fels-Naptha laundry bar. I mean seriously how can something made in 1893 be as effective as the new products on the market? I asked my neighbor who had gotten black grease all over her pristine white pants to use it and let me know how it worked. Unfortunately she did not take the before and after picture I had asked her to do haha. But I can attest that those pants are sparkly white again, I was AMAZED!. My sister has used it to make homemade laundry soap which works wonders by the way!  Overall I was mighty impressed by this simple bar.

Pop on over to their website and see what this amazing bar will do for you and while you’re at it pop on to their Facebook page and like them, leave a comment on their page and mine to be entered to win a coupon for a FREE bar of Fels-Naptha Laundry!

**Purex proveded me with a sample of Purex Fels-Naptha Laundry Bar in exchange for a product review. However all opinions expressed here are my own.

  1. I like Purex on facebook and left them a comment! I’ve been using Fels Naptha for a long time, right along with Borax! I use both to make laundry detergent!

  2. I came across your post and didn’t see a date for the ending of the drawing, so I figured I’d ask if by any chance it was still open. I want to try making my own laundry soap and would love to have a coupon to use on the Fels-Naptha!

    1. Hi Melissa – I totally forgot to add the date! I do happen to have an extra one and it has your name on it! Please email me your address at I hope you will check back often as I have give aways fairly often, in fact I will have an Oxitabs one in the next week or so. Please feel free to tell your friends as well, I am trying to grow my lil group here and the more the merrier!
