First let me share my view from my desk this morning. If this is not the best way to start a day I do not know what is!
Now about those calves…. They are bellowing this morning. I have been taking my stairs down rather than the elevator but added walking around my area, taking inclines and clearly my calves are not used to it. I was determined to eat healthy and walk when I got home. My breakfast bagel….not so healthy, my lunch was a tiny piece of steak, mashed taters and brocolini.
I did go for my walk when I got home, it is COLD! It is WINDY again and my calves were mooing!
Dinner is a delightful salad. Kale, brussel sprouts, sunflower seeds, dried cherries, cabbage and shredded chicken breast. I plan on going for another small walk before I head to bed. I actually slept a bit better last night and am sure it was the walk. Sooo day 2 is under my belt (almost) and I am more determined than yesterday to make each day count.
