Layer in whatever way you desire. You could add meat as well. Easy Peasy.
For 21 day fix counts 2 Y, 1/2 P, 1 B, 1/2 G, 1 R (beans count as red given I eat vegetarian). If you are not eating vegetarian it would be 4 Y no R unless you add meat. You would always cut back on your kamut (Y)
